Mailer Content Policy

Yamnaya LLC Mailer Content Policy
This is the content standard every postcard sent through the Service is held to, whether the Customer designs it or Yamnaya's mailshot tool builds it automatically. It is a companion to the Terms of Service (Section 7) and the Privacy Policy (Section 4/7), not a replacement for either.
1. What a Card Must Say
- "Estimated from satellite imagery. Not an inspection." — on every card that shows a price, in text a recipient can actually read.
- A dollar range, two figures joined by an en dash (for example, "$1,200–$1,600"), for the featured service. A card with a single dollar figure instead of a range is not sent — see Section 3.
- The Customer's contractor license number, where the Customer's trade requires one to advertise (Fla. Stat. § 489.119(6)(b)).
- A return address for the piece.
- An opt-out line telling the recipient how to stop receiving mail from this Customer.
- A QR code that lands the recipient on the Customer's own quote page, with their address already filled in — not a generic homepage.
2. What a Card Must Not Say
- No claim that anyone inspected the property. The word "inspection," or anything that implies one happened, is not allowed next to a price.
- No results or savings claims ("guaranteed," "save 30%," "#1 rated," or similar) that the Customer cannot substantiate.
- No imagery the Customer does not hold rights to — no stock photography presented as the Customer's own work, and no AI-generated "our work" photos. Photos on the back of a card must be the Customer's own uploaded work.
- No owner name. Every card is addressed to "Current Resident" — county parcel records are used only for the address and property outline, never a name.
- No claim that the card was printed or sent by anyone other than the Customer. The card is the Customer's advertisement; Yamnaya's contracted print vendor fulfills it, but the vendor's name does not appear as the sender.
3. When Yamnaya Refuses a Drop
A batch does not go to print if any piece in it fails a check, including:
- No license number on file for a Customer whose trade requires one.
- The card shows a single price instead of a range, or shows no price at all where one is required.
- The imagery source cannot be named as one licensed for print use (satellite imagery used for the on-screen map is not automatically cleared for a mailed piece).
- The Customer's rate card is stale or unconfirmed at send time.
- The parcel is not a residence, or has no building footprint to draw an outline from — that address is skipped and not billed, not guessed at.
- The return address, opt-out line, or a scannable QR code is missing, or the layout fails bleed, safe-area, or address-block clear-zone checks.
- The back of the card uses photos the Customer has not uploaded as their own work.
A refused piece is reported to the Customer with the reason; it is never sent anyway and never billed. Nothing mails without a human reviewing a printed-resolution sample first.
